Privacy
Last updated October 28, 2026. This page explains what LitRPG.audio collects, why, and how to have it removed. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist or sign in. We use it to send sign-in codes, tell you when your spot opens, and send account messages.
- Your account and membership: your plan, trial time used, listening progress and payment records, so the app works and we can honour what you paid for.
- Visit counts: the page you viewed, the site that linked you, your country and device type. We set no cookie for this and store no IP address. Visits are grouped with a code that changes every day, so we can't follow you from one day to the next.
- Error reports: when something breaks we receive technical details (browser, page, error) through BugSnag, without your IP address.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. If you allow it, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how people find and use the site. Google Analytics only loads after you choose Allow, and it never receives your email address.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our data. Postmark sends our emails. BugSnag collects error reports. Google Analytics measures visits if you allow it. Apple and RevenueCat will handle payments in the iOS app. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete your account from your account page, which removes your email, membership, listening progress and sign-ins. To leave the waitlist or ask what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we use your information we'll update this page and the date at the top.
